Universtiy nutrition students raving about properties of Baobab


Malcolm Riley, the founder of Yozuna, was asked to give a talk about Baobab fruit to the final year Bsc Nutrition students at the St. Mary’s University College in Twickenham as part of their module on Functional and Novel Foods. It was a chance for the students to be introduced to the new superfood to hit the UK and to taste the award winning jam that Yozuna produce. By the end of Malcolm's talk and taster session (where the jam was well and truly scoffed) the students were full of questions and as excited as Malcolm with the recipe possibilities and nutritional value of this ancient fruit. We love spreading the word and the buzz about baobab!
